On the 15th May 2024, we did a lovely visit for the Minster Building Central London for their Wildlife Day.
This was one of the most unique and beautiful buildings I have visited inside and out.
The Minster Building is part of a complex of three structures in London’s financial district, built in the 1980s and originally owned by the Prudential insurance company. It had become something of an anachronism, loved and loathed alike, and in need of an upgrade to attract new tenants.
Remodelling of this City icon gave it new clarity and identity. We repositioned it as somewhere for legal, media and tech sector occupiers, rather than the traditional insurance and financial companies.
