Planning Our Visit For Your School

Below are some examples of our School Timetables.

Our School Day is as follows:

Full Day - 9:00-15:00 or 30 Minutes Before The End Of Your School Day (Whichever is Earlier)

For most schools over certain travel time 9:00am arrival time applies

Maximum of 5 Sessions - 1 Hour Break For Lunch - 5 Minutes Break Morning & Afternoon

Half Day - 9:00-12:00 or 12:00-15:00 - Maximum of 3 Sessions

5 Minutes Break Morning or Afternoon

We Advise:

For The Educational Talk:

30 Minute Sessions for Nursery & Reception

40 Minute Sessions Year 1 - 2

50 Minute Sessions for Year 3 & Above

(Timings Above Are Estimates Due To Class Sizes Etc.)

For The Practical Activities: (Workshop)

50 Minutes for Each Year Group (30 Minutes Nursery & Reception)

Studying - Feathers - Sculls - Talons - Castings (Owl Pellets) - Eggs etc...

Each Year Group Has To Have The Talk First
(Timings Above Are Estimates Due To Class Sizes Etc.)

A Few Things To Remember...

If we have not received a timetable we will arrive for 9:00am

If we have received a timetable we will aim to arrive 30-40 minutes before the start time as it takes us this long to setup..

If the hall we are using has a breakfast club please let us know as quite often we arrive and cannot get into the hall to setup (up to 40mins to setup).

For Full Day Visits we do ask for Lunch to be provided.. And we need to leave 30 minutes before the end of your school day.. As Per Booking Email

We need to park (on site) close to the location of where we are setting up so if a space needs to be reserved please do so.
